Yesterday, I got a sudden urge to mess around with tarot cards. I’ve always been curious about them, so I figured, why not? I decided to focus on “The Queen” card – I’m not sure why, it just called to me.
Getting Started
First things first, I needed some cards! I don’t own a physical deck, I went online and found a website that lets you do virtual draws. I mean, I found it works just as well as any other method. Much easier than getting a physical one to start.
The Drawing Process
So, I went to the website, I took a few deep breaths to try and “center” myself. I tried to clear my head and thought as hard as I could on, you know, what I wanted guidance on. Then, I clicked the button to draw a card.
And boom – “The Queen of Wands”. The picture shows the card, with a confident-looking lady, a sunflower, and a black cat. It felt… powerful, I guess?
The Digging
Now, I had no clue what any of this meant. So, back to the internet I went, I was looking up what “The Queen of Wands” symbolizes.
- Confidence and Courage: This Queen seemed to be all about being bold and going after what you want.
- Independence and Passion: She’s also about doing your own thing and being fiery about it.
- Warmth and Cheerfulness: There’s a positive, uplifting vibe about her, which was good to know.
Making it Personal
I spent some time thinking about how all this applied to me. The “confidence” part really stuck out. I’ve been hesitant to start a new project, and maybe this was a sign to just go for it? The “passion” part, too – it reminded me to put my energy into things I actually care about.
The Takeaway
Okay, so, I’m not suddenly a tarot expert. But the whole experience was pretty cool. It gave me something to chew on, some things to think about in my own life. It wasn’t about “predicting the future” or anything, but more like… holding up a mirror and getting a different perspective. I’m not gonna base any major life decisions on this one card draw, but it definitely sparked some self-reflection. Maybe I’ll try another draw sometime, just to see what comes up!
