Okay, so I’ve been seeing the number 6696 everywhere lately. Like, everywhere. On license plates, receipts, clocks… it was starting to freak me out a little. I’m not usually one for “signs,” but this felt… persistent. So, I decided to do something about it. First, I just sat down and acknowledged it. I mean, I really looked at the number – 6696.
My Little Experiment Begins
- Step 1: Acknowledge the Pattern. I stopped ignoring it and wrote it down. 6696. There.
- Step 2: Quick Google Search. Naturally, I typed “6696 meaning” into Google. I scrolled through a bunch of stuff about angel numbers and numerology. Honestly, some of it was a little out there, but the general idea was about balance, family, and responsibility.
- Step 3: Personal Reflection Time. This is where it got interesting. Instead of just reading what other people said, I thought about my own life. Was I feeling unbalanced? Was I neglecting my family or responsibilities? I grabbed my journal and just started writing. No filter, just whatever came to mind.
I realized that my balance between my job and my family had been way off. I wrote about my work, then wrote down everything about my family.
I spent the entire next day reflecting the journal.
Making Some Changes
- Step 4: Take Action! After all that thinking, I decided to make some small changes. I started by setting a hard stop time for work each day. No more late nights at the office (unless absolutely necessary).
- Step 5: Scheduled family time. Sounds formal, but it works! I literally put “dinner with family” and “playtime with kids” in my calendar. I try schedule them like work meetings.
- Step 6: check on my mind. Every day before sleep, I write some words to my dream journal. Then check my mind balance.
- Step 7: Be Present. This one is the hardest. When I’m with my family, I try to really be with them. No checking emails, no scrolling through social media. Just focus on them.
It’s been a few weeks now, and I gotta say, I feel… better. More grounded. Whether it was the “angel number” or just the fact that I took the time to reflect and make changes, I don’t really care. The 6696 thing pushed me to take action, and that’s what matters. I stopped seeing the numbers everywhere, because I found my new balance.
It’s still a work in progress, of course. But I’m definitely more aware of my priorities and I’m making a conscious effort to keep things in balance.
