Alright, so you wanna hear about my angel number 1004 love journey? Buckle up, it’s a bit of a ride!
It all started, like, a few months ago. I kept seeing 1004 everywhere. On clocks, receipts, license plates… It was kinda freaking me out. So, naturally, I Googled it. Turns out, angel numbers are supposed to be messages from the universe or your guardian angels, or whatever. And 1004? It’s supposed to be about love, support, and new beginnings. I was like, “Okay, universe, I hear you!”
Now, I’d been single for, like, forever. Not that I was actively looking, but I was definitely open to the idea. So, I took the 1004 thing as a sign to put myself out there a bit more. I redownloaded a dating app that I had deleted like a year before. Swiped a bit, didn’t really find anything interesting. Standard dating app experience, you know?
Then, I remembered this friend of a friend, Sarah. We’d met at a party a while back, and I kinda thought she was cute. So, I did some digging on social media (don’t judge me!) and found her profile. I debated it for a solid hour, then just went for it and sent her a message. Something simple, like, “Hey Sarah, it’s [My Name] from [Party]. How’s it going?”
She actually replied! And we started chatting. Turns out, we had a lot in common. We both loved hiking, trying new restaurants, and watching cheesy rom-coms. After a week or so of texting, I bit the bullet and asked her out for coffee. Surprisingly, she said yes!
The coffee date went really well. We talked for hours, and it felt super easy and natural. There was definitely a vibe there. After that, we went on a couple more dates – hiking, movies, dinner. Each date just confirmed that I really liked her.
Here’s where it gets a little crazy. On our third date, as we were walking back to the car, I saw the number 1004 on a building address. Right then, I knew I had to tell her how I felt. I took a deep breath and just blurted it out, “Sarah, I really like you. Like, a lot.”

Look, I’m not saying that seeing 1004 magically brought Sarah into my life. But, it did give me the push I needed to actually do something about it. It made me pay attention and be open to new possibilities. And for that, I’m grateful. I still see it around from time to time. It’s kind of a nice reminder now, you know?
