Alright, so yesterday I stumbled upon the angel number 965. I’m not usually one for all that numerology stuff, but hey, figured I’d give it a shot. Plus, I was feeling kinda stuck in a rut, you know?
First thing I did, of course, was hit up Google. Saw a bunch of stuff about career changes, embracing your true self, and financial abundance. Seemed pretty general, but resonated a little bit with how I’ve been feeling lately. My job’s been draining me, and I’ve been daydreaming about starting my own side hustle for ages.
So, I decided to take some action. No point just reading about it, right? My initial thought was my old woodworking hobby. I used to make these cool little shelves and stuff.
- Step 1: Dug out my old tools from the garage. Man, they were dusty! Gave ’em a good clean and sharpen.
- Step 2: Scrounged around for some scrap wood. Found a decent amount in the shed – old fence planks and stuff.
- Step 3: Searched for beginner projects online. Found a simple floating shelf design I thought I could handle without messing up too badly.
Then, the actual work began. Measuring, cutting, sanding… I gotta admit, it felt good to be working with my hands again. It’s been way too long! Messed up a few cuts, but hey, that’s part of the process. Ended up with a kinda wonky but functional shelf. I even painted it a bright blue – figured I needed some color in my life.
After that, Itook some pictures and posted it on one of those online marketplace apps.
Here is where things started to get interesting. That evening, I actually got a message from someone who wanted to buy it! I was shocked, I wasn’t expecting anyone to actually want that ugly thing, and actually sold it the next day. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to buy a pizza. It was really nice.
So, did the angel number 965 magically make me rich and successful? Nah, not really. But it did kinda kickstart me into doing something I’d been putting off for ages. It reminded me that I enjoy creating things and that maybe, just maybe, I could actually make some money doing it.
Who knows where this little woodworking thing will go? Maybe it’ll be a total flop. But at least I’m doing something. I think I might look into other projects and see where that goes. It got me out of my head and into a more positive, productive space. And hey, if nothing else, I now have a slightly less cluttered garage.
