Best tarot card reading questions to ask about love

Alright, so yesterday I was messing around with my tarot cards, trying to get a little insight into, you know, life and stuff. Figured I’d share the questions I used and how I went about it.

First things first, I grabbed my Rider-Waite deck – it’s the one I’m most comfortable with. Gave it a good shuffle, trying to clear my head and focus on the task at hand. You gotta be in the right headspace, otherwise, the cards just spit out random nonsense.

Then, I decided to go with a pretty basic three-card spread. Simple and to the point.

  • Card 1: The Situation. This one’s all about what’s currently going on. What’s the vibe? What’s the underlying issue?
  • Card 2: The Obstacle. What’s holding me back? What’s the challenge I need to overcome? This is where things usually get interesting.
  • Card 3: The Outcome. Where am I headed if I keep on this path? What’s the potential result of my actions?

So, for the first question, “What’s the current situation in my career path?”, I drew the Five of Pentacles. Ugh. Felt like I was struggling, maybe feeling a bit left out in the cold, financially speaking. Not a great card to start with.

Next, for “What’s the biggest obstacle preventing me from reaching my career goals?”, I pulled the Tower. Yikes! Talk about a wake-up call. Meant some major upheaval was needed, a big change was coming, or maybe I was resisting something that needed to fall apart.

Finally, for “What will the outcome be if I overcome this obstacle?”, I got the Sun. YES! Finally, some good news. The Sun represents joy, success, and new beginnings. It meant if I could navigate the Tower moment, I’d be in a much brighter place.

After that first reading, I wanted to dig a little deeper. So I changed up the questions slightly. This time focusing on a relationship thing I had been thinking about.

  • What is the current state of my relationship with [person’s name]?
  • What do I need to focus on to improve our connection?
  • What is the potential of this relationship in the long term?

I’m not going to go into the details of those cards because that’s personal. But let me say the reading was insightful and gave me some things to think about.

Important Note: I always take tarot with a grain of salt. It’s not about predicting the future, but more about getting different perspectives and understanding yourself better. Don’t treat it like gospel!

Anyway, that’s how I spent part of my day. Just thought I’d share the questions I used. Maybe it’ll give you some ideas if you’re ever feeling like pulling out your own deck.
