Alright folks, gather ’round! You know I’m all about trying out new tarot spreads, especially when the moon’s doing its thing. So, of course, I had to jump on the Buck Moon Tarot Spread for 2024. Let me walk you through how it went down.
First off, I did a quick cleanse. Grabbed my usual selenite wand and gave my tarot deck a good once-over, visualizing all the old energy clearing out. I like to make sure I’m starting fresh, you know?
Then, I sat down, lit a candle (vanilla, felt right), and took a few deep breaths. Got myself centered and really focused on the intentions I wanted to bring to the spread. The Buck Moon is all about growth and abundance, so that was the general vibe I was going for.
Now, this spread I found has five positions, simple enough, which is just the way I like it:
- Position 1: What needs to be released?
- Position 2: What seeds have I planted?
- Position 3: What am I ready to harvest?
- Position 4: What am I being called to nurture?
- Position 5: Buck Moon Message – Overall guidance.
I shuffled my deck, really concentrating on each question as I did. Then, one by one, I drew a card for each position. Let me tell you what came up:
Card 1 – What needs to be released? – The Five of Cups. Okay, this one stung a little. It’s clear I’m still holding onto some past disappointments. Dwelling on what’s lost instead of seeing what’s still there. Time to actively let that go, I think I need to start journaling again.
Card 2 – What seeds have I planted? – The Ace of Pentacles. YES! This feels so good. New opportunities, new beginnings related to my physical world, maybe a new project? It’s a solid foundation for something great. Makes me think of that art project I’ve been daydreaming about!
Card 3 – What am I ready to harvest? – The Eight of Wands. Okay, things are moving quickly! Ideas are coming together, plans are accelerating. I just need to be ready to act fast and not get bogged down in the details. Stay focused is what I’m getting from this one.
Card 4 – What am I being called to nurture? – The Queen of Cups. My emotional well-being, for sure. Being kind to myself, practicing self-care, and connecting with my intuition. It’s time to embrace my sensitive side and let it guide me. Time to listen to my heart.
Card 5 – Buck Moon Message – Overall guidance. – The Sun. Woohoo! Pure joy and optimism! Success, happiness, and vitality are on the horizon. All the hard work is going to pay off. This feels like a big thumbs-up from the universe. Now to actually believe it!
After I laid out all the cards, I spent some time just looking at them and letting their meanings sink in. I wrote down all my thoughts and feelings in my journal. This really helped me connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
All in all, this Buck Moon spread was super insightful. It gave me a clear sense of what I need to release, what I’m working towards, and how to get there. If you’re looking for a little guidance, I highly recommend giving it a try!
Remember, the most important thing is to trust your intuition and connect with the cards on a personal level. Happy manifesting, everyone!
