Decoding The Magician Reversed: A Simple Guide to Tarot

Alright, so today I’m gonna ramble about my experience with the reversed Magician tarot card. Buckle up, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride!

It all started last week. I was feeling kinda stuck, creatively. Like, I knew what I wanted to do, but just couldn’t seem to get the ball rolling. So, naturally, I turned to my tarot deck. Pulled a card for some guidance, you know? And bam, there it was: The Magician, but upside down. Reversed.

Now, usually, The Magician is all about manifestation, willpower, and having all the tools you need to succeed. Pretty straightforward, right? But reversed? That’s where things got interesting. I immediately went to look up what it meant, and pretty much everything I found pointed to blocked energy, lack of confidence, and feeling like you’re not using your full potential. Ding ding ding, that was pretty much exactly how I felt.

So, what did I do? Well, first, I kinda wallowed in it for a bit, not gonna lie. Felt sorry for myself, the whole nine yards. But then, I figured I couldn’t just sit around moping. The tarot’s supposed to be a tool, not a sentence. So, I started thinking about why I was feeling this way. What was blocking my energy?

That’s when I realized I was trying to do too much at once. Overwhelmed myself, basically. I had a bunch of different projects going on, and I wasn’t focusing on any of them properly. It was like I was trying to juggle too many balls, and they were all falling on the floor.

My next step was to prioritize. I grabbed a notebook and just started writing down everything I was working on. Then, I forced myself to pick the one project that was most important to me, the one that I felt most passionate about. It was tough, but I did it. Chopped the rest off the list.

With that one project in my sights, I broke it down into smaller, more manageable steps. I didn’t try to tackle the whole thing at once. I just focused on the next small task, then the next, and so on. Think baby steps, super slow, but that’s progress. Suddenly, the whole thing didn’t seem so daunting anymore. And I started making actual progress.

Honestly, it worked wonders. Focusing on one thing at a time, breaking it down, it cleared my head and got my creative juices flowing again. It wasn’t an instant fix, but I definitely felt a shift in my energy. I started feeling more confident, more in control. Like I was actually using my potential, instead of just letting it sit there gathering dust.

So, yeah, that’s my reversed Magician story. It was a reminder that sometimes, the biggest obstacle to our success is ourselves. Or, more specifically, the way we’re approaching things. Slow down, focus, and get your crap together. That’s the takeaway I’m going with anyway. Hope it helped you too. Maybe.
