Okay, so I’ve been diving into this whole “dream interpretation” thing lately, and it’s been pretty wild. I decided to focus on one specific color – yellow – and see what that might mean in my dreams. Here’s how it went down:
First Steps: Jotting Down Everything
First thing I did was grab a notebook and pen. I kept it right by my bed. Every morning, the second I woke up, I wrote down everything I could remember about my dreams. Didn’t matter if it made sense or not, I just scribbled it all down. Even if I only remembered a tiny bit, I wrote it down. I used to think is this a waste of time,but it works.
Spotting the Yellow
After a few days of doing this, I went back through my notes. I took a yellow highlighter (seemed fitting, right?) and highlighted any time I mentioned the color yellow, or anything that could be yellow, like a lemon, the sun, a daffodil – you get the idea.I did have dreams with yellow in, lucky me!
Getting Some Context
- I noticed that yellow kept popping up in different ways.
- Sometimes I dreamed that was wearing a bright yellow dress and felt super confident.
- Other times, I was dreaming that saw a dull, yellowish fog that made me feel uneasy.
So, clearly, just “yellow” wasn’t enough. I had to look at how the yellow made me feel in the dream.
So, after my record,I think the yellow meant a different meaning.
Digging Deeper (with some help)
This is where things got interesting. I’m no dream expert, so I did a little research. I looked up some common interpretations of yellow in dreams. Some said it could represent happiness, energy, and intellect. Others said it could mean cowardice, illness, or caution. It all depend on my record and dreams.
Putting It All Together
I went back to my dream journal and looked at my highlighted bits again, this time with these possible meanings in mind. I tried to connect the dots. Like, that dream about the yellow dress and feeling confident? Maybe that was my subconscious telling me I was feeling good about myself. And the foggy yellow dream? Maybe I was feeling anxious about something in real life.
The “Aha!” Moment (Maybe?)
It wasn’t like a movie moment where everything suddenly made perfect sense. But it did give me some food for thought. It made me think about what was going on in my life and how my feelings might be showing up in my dreams. I’m still not 100% sure what all the yellow means, but it’s definitely made me more aware of my own thoughts and *,I will keep record my dreams,I think it will give me some hint about my life.
It’s an ongoing process, and I’m still learning. It’s kind of like being a detective, but instead of solving a crime, you’re solving the mysteries of your own mind. Pretty cool, right?
