Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this idea of “enchanted tarot cards,” and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I started with absolutely zero clue, just a vague notion of wanting to do something different with my tarot readings.
First, I grabbed my trusty old Rider-Waite deck. I mean, it’s the classic, right? I’ve had it for years, and it’s super familiar. I spent some time just shuffling the cards, feeling their energy, trying to get a sense of what I even wanted to do.
Then, I hit the internet. Of course. I looked up all sorts of stuff about imbuing objects with intentions, charging crystals, and even some basic sigil work. It was a total information overload, honestly. I felt like I was drowning in mystical mumbo-jumbo.
So, I decided to simplify. I picked three cards that really resonated with me that day: The Star, The Lovers, and The Sun. Super positive, good vibes, you know?
- The Star: Hope, inspiration, guidance.
- The Lovers: Harmony, connection, choices.
- The Sun: Joy, success, vitality.
I create a simple ritual for enchanted tarot cards:
I took each card, one by one, and held it in my hands. I closed my eyes and visualized the energy of the card – the bright, optimistic feeling of The Star, the warm, loving energy of The Lovers, the radiant, joyful power of The Sun. I imagined that energy flowing into the card, filling it up like a battery.
I then spoke my intentions out loud, simple stuff like, “This Star card will guide me to find new inspiration,” or “This Lovers card will help me make clear and loving choices.” Nothing fancy, just straight from the heart.
Finally, I placed all three cards on my windowsill, under the moonlight. I just felt like that was the right thing to do. Let them soak up that lunar energy, you know? I left them there overnight.
The next morning, I gathered the cards. Honestly, I didn’t feel any different, and the cards didn’t look any different. But, I decided to carry them with me throughout the day, just to see what happened.
And… well, things did feel a little different. I noticed synchronicities, little coincidences that seemed to relate to the cards’ meanings. I felt a bit more optimistic, a bit more connected to my intuition. It wasn’t like a lightning bolt of magic, more like a gentle nudge in the right direction.
So, that’s where I’m at. It’s definitely a work in progress. I’m still experimenting, still learning. It’s been a fun and some times wired journey.
