Gendron Tarot Cards: Easy Guide & Where to Buy Them

Okay, so I’ve been seeing these Gendron Tarot cards all over my Pinterest and, honestly, they’re gorgeous. I finally caved and decided to get my hands on a deck and see what the hype was all about. My journey with them, from start to finish, was kind of interesting, and I’m feeling like sharing it.

Finding the Cards

First things first, I needed to actually find the deck. I started with a quick search. After digging around some more, I learned that I needed to order directly. Okay, a little more effort than just popping onto Amazon, but fine.

The Waiting Game

Ordered! Now the hardest part: waiting. I’m notoriously impatient, so I kept checking for shipping updates like a hawk. I even considered reaching out to ask where my order was, because, you know, instant gratification and all that. Finally, I got the email – they were on their way!

Unboxing Time!

The day finally arrived! I practically ripped open the package (carefully, though, I didn’t want to damage the cards!). The box itself was beautiful, sturdy, and had this lovely artwork on it. Inside, nestled in their little box, were the cards.

First impressions? Stunning. The artwork is even more vibrant in person. The card stock felt nice and thick, not flimsy at all. They have this smooth, almost velvety finish, making them super satisfying to shuffle.

Getting to Know the Deck

I spent the next few hours just going through each card, one by one. I wanted to get a feel for the imagery, the symbolism, everything. I noticed a lot of nature-inspired themes – animals, plants, celestial bodies. There’s definitely a dreamy, mystical vibe going on.

  • Major Arcana: These were especially captivating. The Fool card, with its whimsical depiction, instantly became a favorite. The Star card was another standout – so serene and hopeful.
  • Minor Arcana: Even the “simpler” cards had intricate details. I appreciated how each suit had its own distinct color palette and overall aesthetic.

My First Reading

After getting acquainted with the cards, I decided to do a simple three-card spread for myself – past, present, future. I won’t bore you with the details of my personal reading, but I will say that the cards resonated deeply. The imagery sparked some unexpected insights, and I felt a real connection to the deck’s energy.

Final Thoughts (So Far!)

I’m really happy with my Gendron Tarot deck. It’s not just a pretty set of cards; it feels like a powerful tool for self-reflection and intuition. I’m still learning the nuances of each card, but I’m excited to continue working with them and seeing what other insights they reveal. If you’re on the fence about getting this deck, I’d say go for it! Just be prepared for a bit of a wait, maybe, depending on where you order from.
