Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “7 Tarot Card” thing today, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a ride. I’m not a pro at tarot or anything, but I’ve always been curious, so I thought, why not give it a shot?
Getting Started
First, I needed some cards. I remembered I got a mini deck as a gift a while back, so I dug them up. It was just sitting in a box, waiting to be used. I set up a cozy spot, you know, cleared a little table, made some room, I feel that the environment helps a lot.
Shuffling and Thinking
Then came the shuffling. Man, this part felt important. I’m not sure how other people do it, but I shuffled those cards while really trying to focus on what I wanted some insight into. Today’s question was simple, just a general “What do I need to know today?” kind of vibe.
The Spread Itself
Next, I laid out the cards. I looked up a simple 7-card spread online, nothing fancy, just seven cards in a row. I guess each card represents a different aspect, like past influences, present situation, future possibilities and some other. honestly speaking, I am not sure if that is important or not, but I tried my best to follow the steps.
- Card 1: Past influences.
- Card 2: Present situation.
- Card 3: Hidden influences.
- Card 4: Obstacles.
- Card 5: External Influences.
- Card 6: Best course of action.
- Card 7: Likely outcome.
Trying to Make Sense of It
Now, the hard part – figuring out what the heck these cards meant! I had this little guidebook that came with the deck, and I also looked some stuff up online. Some of it was pretty clear, like, “Oh, this card means change,” but other cards were a bit more…mysterious. I tried to connect them to my question and see what resonated.
My Takeaway
After staring at the cards and the descriptions for a while, I started to get a few ideas. It wasn’t like a crystal-clear answer, more like a gentle nudge in a certain direction. It made me think about some things I hadn’t really considered before. Even if it’s all just random, it got me thinking, and that’s pretty cool, right?
Honestly, I am quite satisfied with the result. It’s not very “accurate” perhaps, but it did a pretty good job letting me think from a different perspective.
So, that was my little tarot adventure for the day. I might try it again sometime, maybe with a different question. Who knows, maybe I’ll even get better at interpreting those cards!
