Get a Free Love Tarot Reading 10 Card Spread: Easy & Online!

Okay, so I’ve been getting really into tarot lately. It’s just fascinating, you know? And I figured, what better way to practice than to offer up some free readings? I decided to try out a 10-card spread, because, well, why not go big, right?

First, I cleared my space. I lit a little incense – sandalwood, my favorite – and put on some chill music. Gotta have the right vibes, you feel me? Then, I got out my deck. It’s a Rider-Waite deck, nothing fancy, but it’s the one I connect with most.

I shuffled the cards, really focusing on the general idea of “love” and “relationships.” I wasn’t thinking about anyone specific, just the overall energy. I shuffled for a good, long while, until it felt… right. You just kind of know when it’s time to stop.

Then, I laid out the cards in the 10-card spread pattern I found. I basically just googled it, to be honest. it is something like below:

  • Card 1: The Querent (Me, in this case, since I was doing a general reading)
  • Card 2: The Situation
  • Card 3: Challenges
  • Card 4: Past Influences
  • Card 5: Hopes and Fears
  • Card 6: The Near Future
  • Card 7: The Querent’s Approach
  • Card 8: External Influences
  • Card 9: Guidance/Advice
  • Card 10: Outcome

I flipped them over one by one, taking a moment to really look at each card. I’m still learning the meanings, so I had my little guidebook open next to me. No shame in that game! I jotted down the name of each card and some keywords that jumped out at me. Things like “The Lovers,” “Three of Swords” (ouch!), “Ace of Cups” – you get the picture.

Then came the fun part – interpreting it all! This is where it gets tricky, because it’s not just about the individual cards, it’s about how they all relate to each other. I spent a good hour just staring at the cards, thinking about the keywords, and trying to weave a story together.

I made some notes about my initial impressions. Some of it was pretty clear – like, the “Three of Swords” definitely pointed to some past heartbreak influencing things. Other parts were more vague, and I had to really sit with it and see what resonated.

Finally, I wrote down a summary of the reading, trying to put it all together in a way that made sense. It was surprisingly insightful! Even though it was a general reading, I felt like it gave me some things to think about in terms of my own approach to love and relationships.

It’s definitely a process, and I’m still learning. But it was super rewarding, and I can’t wait to do more readings! Maybe I’ll even try a different spread next time. Any suggestions?
