Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff about “hand spirituality” online lately, and it’s gotten me curious. I decided to dive in and see what it’s all about. My journey started pretty simply.
I started by just looking at my own hands. I mean, really looking at them. The lines, the shapes, the way my fingers bend. It felt kinda weird at first, just staring at my hands like that, but I kept going.
My Little Experiment
- First, I spent like, 10 minutes just observing my hands. No judgment, just noticing.
- Then, I tried to “feel” the energy in my hands. I rubbed them together, held them apart, and just tried to be aware of any sensations. I think I felt a little tingling, but it could have been my imagination.
- Next, I did some hand exercises. Just simple stuff, like stretching my fingers and rotating my wrists. This actually felt pretty good, especially after typing all day.
- After that, Tried the spiritual practice. I did the practice before sleep.
Honestly, the biggest thing I noticed was how much I don’t usually pay attention to my hands. I use them all day, every day, but I rarely actually think about them. This little experiment made me appreciate them a bit more.
The “spiritual” part? I’m still not sure. I didn’t have any profound revelations or anything. But I did feel a bit more grounded and present after spending some time focusing on my hands. It was like a mini-meditation, in a way. Maybe after my practice, I feel my hands are more flexible, and I feel good.
I’m gonna keep exploring this. I’m not expecting to become a hand-reading expert or anything, but I’m interested in seeing where this goes. It’s a simple way to connect with my body and maybe, just maybe, tap into something deeper. I will continue my hand spiritual pratice.
