life path number 35

Alright, so I started digging into this whole “life path number” thing a while back. Someone mentioned it, and you know how it is, curiosity gets the better of you. I specifically landed on or was looking into the number 35. My first thought was, “Okay, 35, what’s the deal with that?”

So, I went down the rabbit hole, trying to figure out what it all meant. I’m no expert, mind you, just a regular person trying to make sense of stuff. Initially, I was looking for the meaning of “35” as a standalone thing. I spent a good bit of time just jotting down notes, trying to see if “35” popped up in any significant way in my life or decisions I’d made. It felt a bit abstract at first, like trying to grab smoke.

Then, I found out that in many of these systems, you’re supposed to break it down. So, for 35, it’s 3 + 5 = 8. That was a bit of an “aha!” moment. Suddenly, the focus shifted from 35 to this single digit, 8. It felt a bit more manageable, I guess.

My Little Experiment with Number 8 (from 35)

I started reading up on what the number 8 is supposed to represent. Words like ‘power’, ‘ambition’, ‘material stuff’, ‘balance’ kept coming up. And it got me thinking about a specific period in my life. This was a few years ago, and man, it was a rollercoaster.

I had decided to start a small side project, something I was really passionate about. It involved a lot of late nights, tons of effort – classic ‘hustle culture’ vibes, you know? And looking back, the themes of ‘8’ seemed to just scream out at me from that time.

  • Ambition: Oh yeah, I was ambitious. I wanted this thing to work, badly. I poured everything into it.
  • Material Stuff: A lot of it was about trying to get some financial stability, not going to lie. The project had a clear monetary goal. There were definitely some big financial decisions, some risks taken.
  • Power/Control: I was trying to take control of my own path, be my own boss in a way, even if it was just a side thing. That felt powerful, but also super stressful.

Thinking about the ‘3’ and ‘5’ that make up the 35 also added some flavor. The ‘3’ is often about creativity and communication, and my project heavily relied on that. I had to be creative to get it off the ground and communicate its value. The ‘5’ talks about freedom and change, and this whole venture was a massive change from my routine, a push for more freedom in how I spent my time and energy. So, the 3 and 5 felt like the journey, and the 8 was the intense, demanding energy driving it.

What I practically did was look at the challenges I was facing back then through this lens. When I felt like I was hitting a wall, I’d think, “Okay, this is that ‘8’ energy, it’s supposed to be about overcoming big obstacles, about strength.” It didn’t magically solve problems, of course not. But it was like having a different framework to understand the pressure I was under. Instead of just feeling overwhelmed, I could sometimes step back and say, “This is part of that ‘8’ theme of dealing with authority or big responsibilities.”

There were times I totally messed up, made bad calls, especially with money – that ‘material stuff’ aspect of 8 can swing both ways, I guess. It wasn’t all wins. There was a lot of learning the hard way. It felt like for every step forward, there was a test of resilience.

So, what’s my takeaway from poking at Life Path 35/8? For me, it wasn’t about predicting the future or anything mystical. It was more like a reflective tool. It gave me a different language to describe a really intense, formative period of my life. Thinking about “35 breaking down to 8” became a little mental exercise when I faced big, chunky problems or ambitions.

I wouldn’t say I live my life by these numbers now, but it was an interesting practice. It made me look at my own motivations and struggles from a new angle. Just going through the process of thinking about it, applying it to my own past, that was the main thing I got out of it. It’s another one of those things you try, you see if it resonates, and you take what’s useful. For me, it was a little bit useful for understanding that tough, ambitious grind.
