Alright, so today I’m gonna walk you through my little experiment with the Sagittarius Rising tarot card. I’m no pro, just a regular dude messing around with stuff.
First things first, I grabbed my deck. You know, the usual. Then, I shuffle those bad boys like I’m dealing with some serious decisions – which, let’s be honest, I usually am. I pulled the Sagittarius Rising card. It felt right, you know?
Okay, so I stared at this card for a good 10 minutes. I mean, really looked at it. I tried to feel what it was saying to me. I’m not gonna lie, at first, it was just a picture. But then, I started thinking about what Sagittarius means to me: freedom, adventure, a bit of a wild spirit. And “rising”… that’s like, how you present yourself to the world, right?
Next up, I started journaling. Don’t laugh! I wrote down every single thought that came to my head when I looked at the card. Things like: Am I really being true to myself? Am I holding back on some adventure because I’m scared? Am I letting other people’s opinions box me in?
Then, I did something kinda goofy. I made a vision board. Yeah, I know, sounds super cheesy. But hear me out. I cut out pictures from magazines – stuff like travel destinations, people laughing, a guy hiking on a mountain – all things that screamed “Sagittarius Rising” to me. I stuck it all on a piece of cardboard and put it where I’d see it every day. It was like a reminder to embrace that adventurous side.
After that, I tried to actually do something. I signed up for a rock climbing class, something I’d always wanted to do but was too chicken to try. I figured, what the heck, right? Might as well jump in. Turns out, I’m not half bad! And it felt… good. Like I was actually living up to that Sagittarius Rising vibe.
I also started saying “yes” more. Not to everything, obviously, but to things that pushed me a little outside my comfort zone. A friend asked me to go to a concert for a band I’d never heard of? Sure, why not! A coworker wanted me to join their hiking group? Count me in! It was a bit scary at first, but it definitely made things more interesting.
Look, I’m not saying this whole tarot card thing changed my life or anything. But it did get me thinking. It made me look at myself and ask if I was really living the way I wanted to. And it gave me a little nudge to try some new things. So, yeah, worth a shot, I guess.
