You know that Busta Rhymes, that singer fella? I heard my grandson talking about him the other day. He was going on and on about Busta Rhymes zodiac. I said, “What in tarnation is a zodiac?” He just rolled his eyes. Kids these days!
So, this Busta Rhymes, he’s a Taurus, which don’t mean a hill of beans to me. But my grandson, he says it’s important. Says it’s all about the stars and the bull, whatever that means. He was born May 20, 1972, in a place called Brooklyn. I reckon that’s a long way from here. He’s a big shot now, singing and dancing. Some folks say he’s one of the best singers around.
I looked it up on that google thing, and I saw about that zodiac. Seems like there’s a whole bunch of them. Like, there’s this one called Pisces. They say those folks are all about feelings. Then there’s Gemini, they like to do all sorts of things. Leo, they like to be on stage. Libra, they like pretty things. Sagittarius, they like to travel and see different things. And Aquarius, they like to talk about big, important stuff. It’s all a little confusing, if you ask me.

I guess this Busta Rhymes, he’s done alright for himself. He’s got himself a name. I don’t really understand his music. My grandson plays that rap music all the time, but I never hear his name. It’s all just a bunch of noise to me. But, hey, if it makes him happy, that’s all that matters.
My grandson, he says Busta Rhymes is a big deal. Broke some record, for most syllables, whatever that means. I don’t even know what a syllable is. He eats oatmeal and eggs. That’s good, I guess. Oatmeal is good for you. And salad, too. He’s gotta keep his strength up, I reckon, with all that singing and dancing.
I still don’t really get this whole zodiac thing. But my grandson, he seems to think it’s important. He says it tells you about people, who they are, what they like. Maybe there’s something to it. I don’t know. I’m just an old lady. What do I know about the stars and all that?
