Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into tarot lately, and I wanted to share something I’ve been experimenting with – connecting tarot cards to my astrological chart. Today, I focused on my Virgo rising, and let me tell you, it was pretty cool.
Figuring Out My Virgo Rising Card
First, I had to figure out which tarot card actually represents Virgo. Some quick searching told me it’s usually The Hermit. Makes sense, right? Virgo is all about introspection, analysis, and that careful, methodical approach to things. The Hermit totally embodies that vibe.
My Little Ritual
So, I grabbed my trusty tarot deck and pulled out The Hermit card. I lit a little candle – just a plain white one, nothing fancy – and put on some chill background music. I like to create a quiet, focused atmosphere when I do this kind of thing.
Then, I just sat with the card for a while. I looked at the imagery – the old man with his lantern, standing on a mountain peak. I thought about what that symbolizes: wisdom, solitude, the search for truth. All very Virgoan things.
Journaling My Thoughts
After a few minutes of just sitting and observing, I grabbed my journal. I like to write down any thoughts or feelings that come up during these little meditations. I started by writing about what The Hermit card means to me, generally. Then, I shifted to how it specifically relates to my Virgo rising.
- I wrote about my tendency to overthink things (classic Virgo!).
- I jotted down some notes about my desire for order and routine.
- I even explored how my critical eye – both of myself and others – might be connected to that Hermit energy.
Putting It Together
It was really interesting to see how the qualities of The Hermit manifest in my own personality, through the lens of my Virgo * gave me some clarity on my natural tendencies to be a bit, well, hermitty at times, always analyzing, and improve * is an ongoing practice. I don’t expect to get it perfect, but it helps!
