Okay, so, I’ve been having these crazy dreams lately, and a lot of them involve werewolves. Yeah, I know, sounds like something out of a movie, right? But it got me thinking, what’s the deal with these werewolf dreams? So I started digging around, trying to figure out what they might mean.

First, I jotted down every detail I could remember from each dream. Like, was I the werewolf? Was I running from one? What was the setting? All that jazz. It was kind of a mess at first, just random notes and scribbles. Some nights, I’d wake up totally freaked out, other times it was more like, “Huh, that was weird.”
Then, I started looking for patterns. Turns out, a lot of the dreams were about feeling out of control. In some, I was turning into a werewolf myself, and it felt terrifying, like I was losing myself to this… this beast inside. In others, I was being chased, and it felt like there was this huge threat I couldn’t escape. That feeling of being helpless, you know?
After recording a bunch of these, I went online and did some reading. Not exactly scholarly research, more like browsing forums and articles. A lot of it was about werewolves representing your inner fears, the parts of yourself you don’t want to face. Or maybe something in your real life that feels threatening.
- Confront your fear:That’s what most of the articles said.
- Vulnerable feelings: It could also mean that I feel vulnerable.
- Manifestation: And the most interesting one is the wolf is a manifestation of myself.
I compared my dream notes to what I was reading. The whole “losing control” thing really lined up with some stuff I’ve been going through. Work’s been insane lately, tons of pressure, and I definitely haven’t been feeling like myself. Could be related, I guess.
So, I decided to try and take more control in my waking life. Started saying “no” to extra projects at work, making more time for myself, that kind of thing. Baby steps, really. But it was something.

And you know what? The dreams started to change. They weren’t all gone, but they weren’t as intense. In one, I was still a werewolf, but I was more… in charge. Like, I could control the transformation. It was actually kind of cool, not scary anymore. I remember I was in the forest in that dream, and it’s kind of dark.
It’s still a work in progress, figuring out all this dream stuff. I’m definitely not a dream expert or anything. But it’s been a wild ride, and honestly, pretty eye-opening. It’s like my brain’s trying to tell me something, and these werewolf dreams are the way it’s doing it. I keep recording my dreams every morning. It’s kind of interesting to read them every week.
I guess the big takeaway is, pay attention to your dreams, even the weird ones. They might be telling you something important about yourself. Or maybe you just watched too many monster movies. Either way, it’s worth paying attention. At least that is what I learned from it.
