Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “Justice tarot card year” thing. I’ve been seeing it pop up all over my socials, and, well, I got curious. What does it even mean to have a “Justice” year?
First, I grabbed my trusty Rider-Waite tarot deck. You know, the classic one with the lady holding the scales and sword? Yeah, that one. I shuffled the cards, really focusing on the year ahead, trying to get a feel for what’s coming. Then, I laid out a simple three-card spread: past, present, and future.
My Little Experiment
I’m no tarot expert. I just wanted to explore the concept, so all of my practice and operations were very simple and basic.
- Past: The card I got was… interesting. It showed a that suggested I am not really focusing on the past few years.
- Present: This one resonated! Represent a period I still working and exploring on my career and my personal life.
- Future: And here’s where the Justice card showed up! It was upright, looking all balanced and fair.
So, what did I do with this information? Well, I spent some time journaling. I thought about areas in my life where I might need to bring more balance. Maybe I’ve been letting things slide, or maybe I haven’t been speaking my truth enough. Justice is all about fairness, accountability, and truth, right?
I also decided to be more mindful of my decisions. Before making any big choices, I’m going to try and really weigh the pros and cons, making sure I’m being fair to myself and others. It’s like the card is a reminder to check in with my own internal sense of justice.
It’s not like I suddenly transformed into a judge or anything, haha! But it’s definitely given me some food for thought. I’ll keep checking in with this idea throughout the year and see how it plays out. Maybe I’ll even pull another card in a few months to see if the energy has shifted. Who knows? It’s all a bit of an experiment, really!
