Learn England Tarot: Easy Guide for Beginners & Experts.

Okay, so I’ve been seeing these “England Tarot” decks pop up everywhere online, and they looked pretty cool. I finally caved and grabbed one to mess around with. Here’s how it went down:

First, I unboxed the thing. The cards felt nice and sturdy, not flimsy at all. The artwork was, you know, very English – lots of historical figures and scenes. I spent a good chunk of time just flipping through them, getting a feel for the imagery.

Getting Started

  • Shuffled the deck like a madman. I wanted to really mix them up.
  • Laid them out in a simple three-card spread – past, present, future. Seemed like a good place to start.

Okay, so here’s where it got interesting. I’m not gonna lie, I don’t really believe in this stuff, but I was curious. The cards I drew were… surprisingly relevant? Like, one of them showed a king facing a bunch of challenges, and I’ve been having a rough time at work lately. Coincidence? Maybe. But it got me thinking.

Diving Deeper

I spent the next hour or so reading the little guidebook that came with the deck. It explained the meanings of each card, and the history behind the images. It was actually pretty fascinating! I learned about some historical figures I’d never even heard of.

I tried a few more spreads, getting a little more complicated each time. I even jotted down some notes in my journal, trying to connect the cards to what’s going on in my life. It felt a bit like a weird form of self-reflection, using these old-timey pictures as prompts.

Honestly, I’m still not sure what I think about the whole tarot thing. But it was definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon. I might even pull out the deck again next time I’m feeling stuck or just need a different perspective. It’s kinda like having a conversation with history, in a way.
