Okay, so the new moon in Capricorn, right? I’ve been feeling this pull to get my stuff together, you know, really get organized and set some solid goals. So, I thought, why not do a tarot spread to see what the universe has to say about it? I figured a “New Moon in Capricorn Tarot Spread” would be perfect.
First, I grabbed my favorite deck – the one I always use when I need some serious guidance. I cleared my space, lit a little candle (gotta set the mood, ya know?), and shuffled the cards while thinking about my intentions for this new moon cycle. Specifically focusing on career and long-term goals because, Capricorn.
I decided on doing a simple three-card spread. I wanted to try something simple.
- Card 1: What energy should I focus on during this new moon?
- Card 2: What challenges might I face?
- Card 3: What actions should I take to manifest my goals?
I laid out the cards, face down, and then one by one, I flipped them over. It’s always a little bit of a thrill, seeing what comes up.
My Reading
I got the “Ten of Pentacles” for the first one, the one that is all about family, legacy, and long-term success. That’s was good!
Then, for the challenge, I drew the “Five of Swords”. And, it is about conflict and maybe some miscommunication. I have to really think that through, I want to make sure I’m not stepping on anyone’s toes or starting any unnecessary drama.
Finally, for the action card, I pulled the “Knight of Wands”. This one is about the passion, movement, and taking bold action. It kind of is an “Okay, you’ve got the foundation, you know the potential pitfalls, now GO FOR IT!”.
So, after sitting with the cards for a bit and journaling about what they mean to me, I feel like I have a much clearer direction. It’s all about laying that solid groundwork, being mindful of how I interact with others, and then just going for it with confidence. I have to put in the work, but I’m feeling pretty good about this Capricorn new moon energy. It’s all about making things happen, and this spread really helped me tap into that.
